why globe sometimes sucks..

I have the same story as this one.. from a thread about globe’s retention plan and loyalty rewards..

“I have been a Globe Subscriber for 4 years now (by May 24, 2009 - not counting my prepaid days), and I can truly say that their retention plan sucks. Here are several reasons WHY?

1. you need to call them to avail. If they can get away with it, they will let you continue your postpaid plan without any perks. They won’t call or offer you anything.

2. The offer they give to new subscribers is way better than what they offer to REGULAR and LOYAL customers (That’s customer service for you - it seems that these people are not aware that they will lose more if they dont take care of their loyal customers).

I called Globe today and asked what was the retention plan for my account, they gave me options that would either entail me to pay them more or units which are simply inferior to what they offer to new subscribers. When i asked why i can’t get avail of the offer for the new subscribers, they ALSO simply told me thats its exclusive ONLY for new accounts (and they can’t DO anything about it). “

Proud to be a filipino “DAW”…. wala naman sa Pilipinas! duh!! =)) Panu kaya magbabago ang kalagayan ng Pilipinas kung ang mga mareklamong FILIPINO DAW na mga eto eh hanggang reklamo lang ang alam gawin at payamanin ang mga sarili sa ibang bansa at laiitin ang kalagayan ng Pilipinas?! isa pang duh!! bato bato sa langit ang tamaan may bukol! =))
